MEET PSKS OWNER LYNNI O’HAVER:
Originally from New Mexico, Lynni has also lived in Hot Springs, AR; Carlsbad, New Mexico, and Naples, Florida.
Lynni has worked primarily in government, first with the National Park Service at Carlsbad Caverns NP, then relocating to Florida and working for the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. During her career with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Lynni obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in August 2009 and her MBA in May 2013.
Throughout the past fifty years, Lynni has shared her life and love with several dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, and horses. Lynni believes the bond one develops with a pet is such a fulfilling life experience and a definite privilege. For those who have had the opportunity to experience such love and devotion, you can surely relate; the feeling is undeniable.
Lynni has a passion for writing, enjoys traveling, and spending time with her dogs. Lynni also devotes her time and support for the welfare and advocacy of animals. Lynni currently shares her life and love with her Krewe – Dakota, Cheyenne, Jackson Ryan, and Remington Justice.
In March 2021, Lynni met Heidi through a mutual social media group. During conversations, they discovered their shared passion for animals and the desire to provide top quality pet care services.
In November 2021, after serving over 24 years with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Lynni retired to focus on the next chapter – Pet Super Krewe Services.
In February 2022, Lynni purchased a home and will be relocating to Metairie, LA. Lynni is excited to join Heidi in providing superior pet care services and believes that PSKS will quickly become one of the top pet care service companies within New Orleans and surrounding areas.
MEET PSKS MANAGER HEIDI WALLINGTON:
Heidi has lived all over the United States. Her father served 23 years and retired from the US Navy. She was born in San Diego, CA; raised in Oahu, HI; Groton, CT; Waldron, AR; and eventually settled in Ft. Worth, TX. After finishing high school, Heidi joined the US Navy and served 13 years. After her career in the Navy, Heidi visited New Orleans in 2004, fell in love with the city and eventually moved to New Orleans in 2009, which has been her home ever since.
In 2011, Heidi was working at a gym where she was asked by a friend if she could watch her diabetic cat, Buddy, while she was out of town. This chance encounter with her friend and pet sitting Buddy is what propelled Heidi into working in the Pet Services industry. After only word-of-mouth referrals, Heidi brought on a business partner, hired several pet sitters and dog walkers, and grew the business to over 2,000 clients.
Heidi brings over 11 years of experience working in the pet service industry, serving over 2,000 clients in New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Heidi is passionate about animal advocacy and rarely meets a non-human stranger; she becomes instant friends with each dog, cat, turtle, fish, or various other animals she encounters. The way she connects with each one is truly remarkable and very special to witness.
Heidi is excited to begin this new adventure caring for animals with Pet Super Krewe Services and believes the goals of the company align strongly with hers; to provide clients and their pets with superior pet care services.

PSKS believes a locally run business can provide a more personalized, pet care service than a large franchises. To ensure each Client receives the best personalized service possible, our clients can customize each visit specific to the needs of their pets. This customization serves two-fold, it allows the Client to determine what services are best suited for their pet and allows PSKS Krewe to provide individualized-superior pet care.
OUR GOAL – to provide superior quality pet service. PSKS believes in establishing a professional, trusting relationship with our clients, and a loving, caring bond with each pet. Providing superior quality pet services will allow our clients to leave home without worry and more importantly, with peace of mind knowing their pet is receiving exceptional care, love, and attention in their absence.
Establishing and maintaining a client’s trust is paramount and a core component at Pet Super Krewe Services. Therefore, to maintain our client’s trust for leaving their pets and their home in our care, PSKS backs each visit with a $2 million insurance policy and bond through Talisman Casualty Insurance Company, LLC, Kennel Pro.
COMMUNICATION – we use is the industry-leading app “Time To Pet” (TTP) for all pet services communication, scheduling, and payments. Communication is the key to ensuring clients feel comfortable while away from their pets.
Time To Pet application provides clients with instant updates as soon as their pets visit is completed. Post-visit reports for each client include an informative journal with check in/out times, pictures, visit notes, and a GPS map of your dog walk. Clients can respond directly with questions or notes to PSKS from the journal through your TTP Client Portal.

OUR KREWE – comes from all walks of life, bringing years of knowledge and experience with them. The commonality shared within our Krewe is the love, care, and devotion for animals.
Each Krewe Member undergoes a meticulous interview process, to include a thorough background check, and one-on-one orientation before their first visit. Each Krewe Member brings to PSKS the necessary skills and knowledge in the Pet Services Industry from their years of pet sitting experience. Krewe Members can elect to attend animal behavior classes/certifications as well as maintain their Pet CPR and First Aid Certification biannually through the American Red Cross.
Our stringent hiring process ensures our clients are partnering with professional, smart, motivated, and highly responsible pet sitters and dog walkers.
